Ordered some chicken tikka masala, veggies, chicken tandoori, fish curry, naan, and papad.
The chicken tikka masala is sweeter than I would like, the spice is too mild too. The chicken is good, but the flavor is a bit lacking for me. The chicken tandoori is good. I love the charred flavor. I wish it has more meat though, because ai finished the chicken leg already before I was even half way to the rice. The papad is good. Normal papad, I ordered 3 of them, but one is a bit undercooked. The naan is great. It's huge compared to other Indian restaurants. I love the fish curry the most! It has the right amount of fish, sauce, and spice. I actually used the leftover sauce of the fish curry for my papad and naan as a dip. The vegetable curry was an accidental order. I didn't quite comprehend the person who was taking my order, and I really thought that he's telling me if I wanted a SIDE of veggies to my chicken tikka masala order. So I said yes. But what do you know, I got a full vegetable curry combo. Which I don't mind. But I was too full already to even take two spoons. Anyway, I saved it and brought it home.
I'd say that I love that they cook it and make it right in front of you. I don't know how many pans they have, but it seems like they have a lot. I've been wondering if they have hundreds of pans under the counter, or do they just reuse and not wash the pans the whole day? Because they seem pretty busy. Hmm. I was also contemplating if it's even safe to eat their food since I didn't even see them wash their hands with soap. But oh well. The food is good, the price is fine, and my tummy didn't hurt.
Overall, I will eat here again. It reminded me of the simple sidewalk Indian restaurants in Singapore. -

Just finished my chicken Tikka Masala here and was disappointed at how there were only a few small pieces of chicken. I should have taken a photo but I was hungry and forgot to. I literally counted six small pieces of chicken! The sauce was very tasty though. And it went well with the naan bread.
So, if you want a tasty snack, go ahead and get the chicken masala. But if you are hungry, this will not fill you up. -

Food tastes good, but we ordered chicken tikka masala for around $8 and it came with 6 pieces. The value proposition just isn't here. I had to purchase another meal because that just didn't do it.
We like buying chicken tikka masala at Costco. Two packs for $14 with a ton of chicken. My favorite so far is Mehfil in SF, plenty of chicken and a cost of around $8-9 if I recall. -

Can't beat the price, that's probably why there's always a line here.
But, it's not just the price that keeps people coming back, it's he quantity and decent quality.
They have these all day platters for under $10. You can choose a chicken leg, lamb, fish, all tandoori style whoch comes with rice, tikka masala sauce and fresh hot naan.
The plates are a good size, and it's filling.
I like their tandoori chicken leg, and their palek paneer. Though, I've had several items on their regular menu such as their prawns with rice, and all are good.
Right now my go-to is their tandoori fish which comes with tikki maslas sauce, naan, and rice. A solid 4 stars.
And don't forget to get their mango lassi, for $3 it's refreshing and a great drink/dessert.
